Just a short note to thank yourself and Jon, on behalf of network Services, for all the hard work you have put into the above two projects. Your work has been up to its usual impeccable standard and we would not have been able to complete the projects on their given deadlines without your invaluable assistance. On a personal note, it has been a joy, and an experience, to have been involved in that part of the work and to work alongside yourselves. I wouldn't have missed it for the world. Just a few lines to express my gratitude to yourself and Jon for your assistance in designing, cabling and commissioning our CAT5 installation. I'm aware that the building topology presented you with some interesting challenges in running cables and linking our units together into a cohesive entity, a challenge I must say you were more than equal to. From a systems Managers point of view, it has been gratifying to work with a company that is willing to go that little bit further in order to complete the project on time and within the original quotation. I especially thank you for continuing to work over a Bank Holiday so that any disruptions to my users were minimal. I'm sure you will be pleased to hear that since replacing our ailing coax system with twisted pair there have been no LAN outages associated with either active equipment or cabling/components, a testimony to the care taken by yourselves in the making off cable ends and fibre connections. In closing I would like to once again thank you for your professional help and assure you that should either myself or anyone else require similar services I will have no hesitation in recommending your company. Have a happy and prosperous 1999 and I look forward to maintaining our association in the future.
